Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for working with Dreamleo. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a service, please review our policy on refunds.
By hiring Dreamleo, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Dreamleo operates as a professional agency; timely payment enables us to keep delivering top‑quality design, branding & development services.

Design, web‑design and development projects consume considerable resources.
All deposits and milestone payments are non‑refundable. If a project is cancelled, delayed or postponed by the client, every amount paid will be retained. Additional work already performed beyond the initial payment will be invoiced separately.

Payments for any of these services (whether up‑front or in instalments) are strictly non‑refundable. No exceptions.

Setup fees cover internal costs incurred at project kickoff and are non‑refundable.

Initiating a charge‑back or card dispute will immediately suspend all active services and may reverse delivered work. A dispute fee will be added to the outstanding balance.

• Services remain suspended until the full balance (plus dispute fees) is cleared.
• Filing an unwarranted dispute is considered fraud; Dreamleo will contest every charge‑back with supporting records.

Please contact us first — we’re happy to resolve billing issues amicably.

All hosting fees (past or present) are non‑refundable. Hosting renews until we receive a written cancellation request.

Accounts overdue by 15 days are suspended automatically. If you prepaid for a yearly plan and cancel mid‑term, we will refund the unused full months.

Dreamleo may disable or terminate any service found in violation of our policies. Terminations for violations are not eligible for refunds.
